Virtually At the Same Time ~ 15 Jul 2021

Within the next fortnight, two distinct pairs of astrological events occur at virtually the same time. Is the Universe double-dipping in its emphasis to ensure the patterns are absorbed and followed? While the question’s answer is purely rhetorical, the fact that important, inspiring trends are on the horizon requires no speculation... simply application. And the belief that astrologically, one can walk and chew gum at the same time, confirms that two simultaneous tasks can be performed perfectly deriving extraordinary benefits to those applying the trends.

On 21 July Venus departs Leo, and within 24 hours or so, opposes Jupiter in Pisces. This prepares the way for another bright light to enter Leo: the Sun. Hours following the Venus and Jupiter opposition that inspire causes, El Sol makes his way into home turf. He cracks his gum out of one side of his mouth, while he struts into the focal point of the brightest lights pointed center stage.

Here, Venus’ and Jupiter’s causes set the theme for what the Sun’s soliloquy likely addresses. It’s a Virgo-to Pisces theme that asks the question, “How does what I want and seek fit in with the big picture of life.” To this, the Sun assures, “You are the big picture in life, are you not?” Most nod agreement but may not have that “I’m totally feeling (Jupiter in Pisces) and immersed in the swim with this high-bar affirmation (Venus in Virgo).

The key for perfected results seems to hinge on jiggling the Virgo element of the transit. First, detail what you want. Everything. Down to the minutia. Agree that you will be able to recognize a diamond in the rough should it arrive instead of your perfected affirmation. Then, commit to taking on the polish process of whatever shows up in whatever form it appears: diamond, emerald, ruby or amber. With this agreed acceptance, promise your psyche, you can affirm freely and agree that you will gratefully receive what the Universe provides in case it has a better idea of fulfilling what you meant in your affirmation than you did - the big cosmic scheme and such included.

Affirm your fool head off. Start with an announcement to the Universe that you are the collection of integral components that life has convinced you are true about your attributes, skills, talents and accolades received. With this, your personal, attributive nature is declared with extreme confidence to the powers that be: in this case Jupiter in Pisces. This all does appeal to the big guy, and from his vantage he urges opportunities to serendipitously appear on your path and challenge your sensibilities.

Are you up for all this? Taking in your good... engaging the opportunities... grabbing the platinum ring... polishing a diamond in the rough... accepting everything that Jupiter grants without question or dubious concern? “Of course you are,” declares the Sun. “There’s no choice but to bask in praise, receive awards, accept those laurels, and not for a single picosecond shall you rest on those laurels. There’s more perfection to create... and the first person to stride on life’s stage and capture the attention of all, beaming with the it person mentality, likely gets the gig, gratitude glory and goodies.”

As July wraps up, specifically on the 28th, Mars travels the final longitudinal degree of Leo and opposes Jupiter now back in Aquarius at virtually the same time that the Sun aligns with Psyche in Leo. Same drill as before appears here. Real life demands participation - more specifically conscious action based upon previous affirmations - and fully and simultaneously appealing to Jupiter with all you’ve got.

This transit dramatically and purposefully supports the previous week’s Venus-Jupiter opposition. Instead of idle petitioning of the Cosmos for every whim wanted (could sound like whining or whinging) this transit propitiates by demonstrating to those overhead forces that you are willing to take on whatever is required to ensure that all good things come your way. It’s quite simple and it’s no secret. Affirm it. Intend it. Will it. Do it. Finish it.

“Can you? Can you really?” likely will be the interrogatives posed by Mars as he considers the first life reviews of his actions, tosses up his hands and personifies the “my original intention was to drain the swamp, not catalogue reptiles.” Jupiter glances skyward, rubs his chin and considers the fact that in the past few years, the royal star Regulus has precessed into Virgo... about the same spot where Mars now stands. Jupiter’s smirk indicates that he thinks Mars... with cooperation from Venus since she’s not out of reach... need to summon and herald the best of ones regality to demonstrate personal compatibility with the best that Regulus signals to ones psyche.

That’s where the concurrent transit of the Sun to Psyche comes in. Psyche, as astronomers recently affirmed, possesses more potential tangible value that the entire economy of planet Earth. True that! If only she could be mined. She can be mined, but not in a physical sense. Since the Sun refers to the awake, clear conscious state while Psyche found her desires fulfilled in dreams, there appears to be a bit of a hiccup of integration between the worlds.

To integrate the results of the recent Venus in Virgo to Jupiter in Pisces opposition in ideal manifestation, Mars, about to stand on the degree where this alignment took place, could go to an art gallery. At first he stands back and marvels at the emotional impact of the creation he observes in compliance with the “across the room” feeling implied by Jupiter’s broad view from Pisces. Then Mars moves up close and studies the layers of paint, the direction of brush strokes, the integration of foreign materials (if any), and the very nature of the canvas upon which this work is laid... marveling all the way as he processes the methods behind these applications.

The Sun and Psyche observe this and note that through their present alliance in Leo, their quest is to unveil, reveal, endorse and otherwise amplify any value that a person holds that simply should be strutted for the rest of the planet to acknowledge, or better, to enjoy the benefits of the uninhibited application of those assets. Regalness, panache, confidence and soulful presentation require full real world disclosure for personal transparency to exist. “So,” says the Sun, “shall we summon some idle tangible world activity during which we can affirm, daydream plans into existence, and otherwise fully engage the nature of spirit with sweat and intention? Not driving or texting or any task with sharp objects, mind you. Things such as watering planets, shoveling snow (depending upon your geographic position), sorting socks, shining shoes, manicuring ones nails or flossing the teeth (to get both Virgo and Pisces engaged). And then come out of it feeling more scrubbed up and full of ones good stuff than ever.

These concurrent, virtually simultaneous patterns note it could be a breeze. It’s not like walking and chewing gum, after all.

More soon.
